Infographic: Enterprise software is ubiquitous, but frustrating for users

In the latest poll by Tech Pro Research, 44% said the user experience of their enterprise software was somewhat or significantly worse than consumer software.

90 percent of respondents to the latest Tech Pro Research survey said they've used some form of enterprise software. 38 percent of users whose companies recently deployed new enterprise software said the software provided new functionality, demonstrating that enterprise software continues to expand into more areas of business. This infographic details the ways enterprise software is being used, what users want out of their software, and common frustrations they experience.
