Reducing the size of the Recycle Bin in Windows XP

What may be obvious to you, isn't necessarily so for others.

Although I knew this, and many others, there is more to this, this simple article is already providing extra tips, that's the whole point of the discussion, some may have tips you haven't heard of (I bet I have a few, concerning the Recycle Bin)

There are ways of using the Recycle Bin Properties, that are not obvious even to experts.

For example, a very skilled tech may run rings around you in Perl programming, but being so expert in this area has never seen this particular tip, so it is well worth pointing out.

Many's the time I have picked up a "tip" that is so obvious to others, but because my interest is focussed elsewhere, I hadn't seen it before.

So, even if obvious to you and me, it may not be so for others, hence the point of Greg's short tips.

For every one of those "others" that just may appreciate the advice, there are a dozen IT pros what would like the last minute of their life back.

I agree with Dim and Gray, TechRepublic needs to keep their target audience in mind before wasting our time like this.
