Take our survey on midsize e-business

Most everyone claims they're in on the e-business boom, but what do they mean when they say that? What do you mean when you say it? Our e-business survey will shed some light on who's exploiting what opportunities in the "connected economy."

Where does your business stand on advanced technologies? Are you part of the virtual marketplace? Many analysts warn that in today’s fast-paced global economy, businesses need to be more aggressive in their adoption of technologies. Yet according to Gartner analysts, midsize enterprises (MSE) are either mainstream or conservative adopters.

Some may argue that it isn’t enough to simply have an online presence when your competitors are selling their products or fulfilling their inventory needs online. Everyone is talking a good game, but how many businesses are putting their money where they say they are?

Throughout this month, we’ll take the pulse of e-business through surveys in the IT Manager Republic. We are defining e-business as: any net-enabled business activity that transforms internal and external relationships to create value and exploit market opportunities driven by new rules of the "connected economy."
