The user universe is divided into mousers and keyboarders, with the latter group stoutly insisting that it's faster to keep your fingers on the keyboard than to stop and pick up the mouse to execute a command. Ctrl + K offers to pop up all contacts with text string entered in address line when you want to send mail. There are instances that auto complete has run out of memory and the name you want is not in the long list. It has help in and my client considerable saving of time (and frustration of wading through contact list) Satish Hulyalkar
