Although it's not Win7 specific, is + E, to bring up an explorer window. Followed closely by + pause/break, to bring up system properties. (not sure if this works in Win7, I'll have to check when I get home).

and use it all the time - I'm not very familiar with Windows, though I have an XP install at home. Do you have any more you could share with me please? I also like Win+Tab to switch application, it's just the same on a Mac - let's not go there though! :-)

I like some of those Win 7-specific shortcuts. Very cool. Win+E is great, I use that all the time. Win+D (Show the desktop) is also useful, though less so with Win 7 due to the button at the bottom right of the taskbar. I'm loving Win+Pause/Break. It's much easier than going into the Computer icon (Especially on someone else's machine)
