Interview questions: Google style

Interview questions used by Google are a little odd. But are the questions odd for a good reason?

After a look at this set of questions that Google uses to interview job candidates, you may never complain about the ole "What are your greatest weaknesses?" question again.

The Silicon Alley Insider gives 15 examples of these interview questions. The questions include:

How many golf balls can fit in a school bus? and How many piano tuners are there in the entire world?

Some of the folks commenting after this piece defend Google, saying that the interviewers are just trying to find out how job candidates think.
