Wouldn't it be nice if you could tell your boss just what you think of him or her without fear of retribution? I'm not sure that is humanly possible in reality, but why don't you say it here? That's right—let's hear what you would say to your boss if you could. (Note: If your membership ID is identifiable with your company, you might not want to partake in this exercise.)
For example: "I could use more appreciation around here. The only time I even hear your voice is when you come by to tell me about something I've done that you're not pleased with."
"I really can't stand it that you are constantly getting credit for what our department does despite the fact that you are the most technology-impaired person I've ever met."
