It's long been in business not what's right or wrong or even what's legal or (heaven forbid) ethical. It's all about "what can I get away with?" and "if I get caught, are the penalties low enough to make it worthwhile".

Unfortunately, that's "modern" business today - totally devoid of ethics or possessing a moral compass.

The problem was with "unmoored".

Moored means "The property of a ship, such, that it is secured to something, be it a dock or the ocean floor or other such fixed point".
So, the structures can't become unmoored from the deck, since the structures aren't ships. The lifeboats can get unmoored from the deck if they are attached to the deck to begin with.

Not even when it's been established that it's not willful deception.
Grammar only looks to the coherence of the grammar of the utterance. It doesn't look even to meaning.

Actually, it is grammatical...

... and neither an oversight, nor an issue of someone else writing the headline (actually, the headline isn't even relevant). Toni herself, both in her introduction the image gallery, and in the linked blog post, writes things like:

"...a visa-free startup incubator, located 12 miles off the coast of California."
"The boat, named Blueseed, is located 12 miles off the coast of California. It has room for 1,000 or so entrepreneurs..."
"Rent is about $1,600 monthly rent per person..."

She's either lying (which I don't think she is), is misinformed (which I don't think she is), or committing grammatical errors by using the present tense in these statements. I generally try not to be too overly critical of the occasional spelling or grammatical mistake, especially when you can tell that it's the result of editing or reorganizing the content of an article or post. But this is just lazy writing, and creates factual errors that damage her credibility as a writer.
