My friend Davis Freeberg has posted a list of the pros and cons of using Windows Media Center in Vista. I am a long-time Media Center user; however, most of my experience is on XP since I have my XP box streaming content to my XBOX 360. I’ve had it on my Vista Premium laptop for about a year and a half; however, I don’t really use my laptop for Media Center, so this list was a nice overview of technology I’ve had literally sitting in my lap for quite a while.
I will be playing with Media Center in Vista over the weeked as I review the Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick, so I’ll post any comments I have on Davis’ list next week.
