Continuing the consumer empowerment trend that has Hollywood terrified, a group of Firefly/Serenity fans set up the Firefly Season 2 project.
Basically, if enough fans express an explicit interest in an on-demand (i.e. digital cable or online pay-per-view) second season of Firefly, somebody in Tinseltown is going to see the dollar signs and make the frickin' show.
