Geek Gestalt blogger's European adventure

The LEGO factory, the European Space Agency, The Eiffel Tower, and Abbey Road Studios are just several of CNET reporter Daniel Terdiman's stops on his European Road Trip. See photos from his travels.

CNET News Geek Gestalt blogger Daniel Terdiman has spent the last five summers traveling to geeky and tech-centric destinations in North America, and this year, he's exploring Europe. From his photos and reports, it looks like he's having way more fun than you might on a run-of the-mill business trip.

Here's some of the gear he's using and testing on his European Road Trip 2011:

  • 2012 Audi RS 5
  • Seven XCom Global MiFis (one each for Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, France, England, Italy, Spain)
  • 13-inch Apple MacBook Air
  • 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro
  • Eurail Global pass
  • Swiss Army's Mobilizer suitcase, its Deluxe Garmet Mobilizer, and its Big Ben day backpack
  • Incase's neoprene sleeve for the MacBook Air
  • Sony's high-definition HDR-PJ30V
  • Apple iPhone 4
  • Apple iPad 2

Take a look at these photos from his road trip. As he creates more galleries, I'll update this list.
