Poll: If it were 1908, what would you do instead of IT?

Imagine you're living in the early part of the 20th century -- what is your dream job? Take this quick poll and let us know.

In the last 100 years, the world has changed immensely. Only a fraction of the things we use on a daily basis were invented or widely available as mass produced items. In 1908, the closest thing to a computer programmer or a systems administrator might be a telegraph operator.

IT work is a unique blend of hands-on work, mental problem solving, and creativity. Sometimes I find it interesting to wonder what kind of work I would do if I was born 100 years ago.

Take the following poll and let us know what your job would be if this were 1908.
