When people tell you that the CIA hasn't secretly perfected mind-control technology, counter them with this video, which shows a group of colored t-shirt-sporting drones acting out a badly played game of human-scale Tetris. Seriously, any mad scientist who could build a hypno-beam wouldn't block off so many vacant spaces as this player, so we're left to assume this is just some flunky with surplus supervillain tech.
