>> What you'll see with Quick Office Connect Suite is it's the only Office productivity suite that elegantly connects and accesses Cloud services. It's the coming together of a great mobile office suite. We've been in the productivity space for quite some time and great Cloud services.
>> The initial release does have the access points you see here. To enable more access points if you just select the Edit menu you can say Add an Account and you see you have a banner that comes up allows you to add different types of connections and Cloud storage partners. You see we, of course, support Google Docs and Mobile Me as well, and, of course, as Greg pointed out, Drop Box and Box.net. If you have some accounts set up, which I have here already, you can go ahead and open those accounts and you can browse those files; you can manipulate those files, open them up and edit them, save them back to the Cloud. You can also share those files right from let's say your Box.net account. I could pick a file and, again, I'm not doing it because the WiFi here but I could pick a file and I could email it right from Box.net and not require us to actually download the file to the client in device and then re-upload that file. It'll actually email it right from Box.net right out to the end user and save all the bandwidth and effort there as well. However, because we are about mobile productivity it's about getting things done anytime anywhere which basically means even if I'm on the airplane I should be able to get work done. And so even though I'm in airplane mode I do have local storage and so I have as many files as I want it to sync to my phone, I'm able to do that, I'm able to select them from the Cloud and download them to my device, which is what I have here. These are all files I brought down earlier. Once you have files, of course, on your device just like you're in the Cloud you can do things with them. For example, if I want to go ahead and email some of these files I can select a few of these files and say send. It brings up, you know, an email form so you can send them from here. It's the same user experience if I was actually selecting files from my Drop Box account or my Box.net or Mobile Me or Google Docs account. If I wanted to, of course, you know, take and copy these files to different folders I can go ahead and select some files, move them to different folders and such. I can, of course, delete the files; rename the files, things like that. However, some of the exciting stuff isn't just about the file manipulation, the file access it's also about the fact that it's tied to a complete office document editing and viewing solution. So, for example, here's a document I'm gonna open up; this is a Microsoft Word document, it's doc or docX format. It's in reflow mode so you can easily see the text and read it. If I were to zoom in you'll see the text would actually rescroll so it maintains the layout so I can just easily read this text and not have to scroll the page back left and right. But it is a complete editing solution as well and it has images and all kinds of things in here. So it is a complete editing solution. If I were to double click on something I can go ahead and drag and select and copy, you know, text out or I can, you know, reformat, text, things like that. Is a full-fledged word processing feature so I can change highlighting and font formats, text formatting, for example. We can go, of course, and align text so if I want to pick let's say this paragraph and I want to go ahead and align it I can drag it in center and say I want to go ahead and make the whole paragraph right aligned or center aligned or the text either way I want it. Let me go ahead and jump over to editing real quick here. Place the cursor somewhere here. I can bring up a keyboard and I can enter some text, you know, in this case it's bulleted. Let me actually delete that. I'll go back now and also open up, for example, a spreadsheet, full-fledged spreadsheet application. So here is a complete spreadsheet with a complete calculation engine. You can resize rows and columns by selecting the row and column headers. You can see that if I have a cell selected up here we have the actual formula itself. We support 125 of the most common formulas that are in spreadsheets today. You can enter new formulas. It will completely recalculate the spreadsheet if you modify any of the data in the spreadsheet. There's a bunch of formatting as well so if you wanted to go ahead and change cell formatting and pick a cell, you want to go change the number of formatting, for example, you can say I want to have, you know, a different layout or my format, dialogues and such. So it is a complete word processor, a complete spreadsheet editor. You can save these back now to the local drive or local space or you can save them back up in your Cloud storage. And so with the service we've extended the functionality of being able to do work on the device to being able to work anytime anywhere.
