Developers: GitHub for Mac is available

Takeaway: Popular code-sharing website GitHub announces the availability of GitHub for the Mac.

Of note for developers, GitHub announced its native app for the Mac today to help you share code more easily. According to the announcement:

Once you download GitHub for Mac, we’ll send out updates and the app will automatically download them. Keep an eye out for a little upgrade notice with a list of changes.

  • Clone repositories
  • Browse history
  • Commit changes
  • Branch code
  • Share code on github.com
