Outlook is one of those apps that is easy to get started with and use on a daily basis but I never seem to have enough time to really LEARN what it can do. I've used every tip you've published so keep them coming!

MS Project is awful. I have trouble just doing simple stuff, and I consider myself to be an Office power user.

Seriously how can Excel be the #1 app? I'm in excel quite a bit. Well scratch that. I'm using real databases for work. (Smirk) Email is the end all be all.

Because work is not done in Outlook, but in Excel and there much more functions, so more questions asked? Outlook is just email tool, with some appointments?

I couldn't do my job without Outlook. Yes, there's a subtle difference between Internet and Web-based. Though my students don't seem to think so... :D etu

I spend a lot of time in Outlook. I don't actually use it to DO my work..but its how I get the info and requests from my users. I don't * do * phonecalls..and since i'm working on things which require detail, I insist all things come to me in outlook, with all details and attachements..(also serves as paper trail just in case..)
