A user can’t find her template; she wants to add a few new styles she’s consistently using. “Okay, let’s see what’s in your templates folder by…” you quickly say - can you fill in the rest? It’s just three quick clicks in Word 2010. Now, that doesn’t mean the template is where you think it should be, but the three clicks I have in mind will take you to the place where I’d start my search.
