Not too long ago, TechRepublic published a series of beginner-level downloads as a way to introduce newcomers to the Linux universe. You might want to start out small with something like ”Linux 101: How to set up Linux on a personal computer.” There are also guides to help you figure out man pages, package managers, basic networking issues, and security.
