Are you developing for mobile platforms?

Takeaway: Let us know if you’re developing for (or plan to develop for) mobile platforms by taking this quick poll.

Mobile platforms today have as much CPU and RAM horsepower as desktops from only a few years ago, and the OSs have become much more full featured. Many applications that were not good candidates for mobile platforms now have a much better chance of being successful.

For instance, Apple’s AppStore and Google’s Android have expanded distribution possibilities for mobile applications. Both platforms will attract a fair share of typical applications such as e-mail and weather checkers, as well as the bizarre.

I’d like to hear from the TechRepublic community about whether you’re developing for mobile platforms. Take this quick poll to let me know.
