Spiceworks (available for iOS and Android)
Spiceworks is a free and very popular IT management tool that provides help desk, inventory, and monitoring capabilities to IT shops. As an ad supported, community-focused tool, Spiceworks fits a niche for many IT departments.
The Spiceworks mobile app is available for iOS and Android-based devices, so you can easily take IT support and management on the road. With this tool, you can manage help desk tickets, keep an eye on hardware and software assets, and maintain contact with the Spiceworks user community.In Figure C, you see a list of open help desk tickets that need attention. Right from the app, you can work with these tickets. In Figure D, get a look at the inventory groups that are available. You can drill down from these to get more details. Finally, in Figure E, you can see the Android version of the app. Figure C
