The U.S. Court of Appeals now has overturned an injunction banning sales of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus ban, issued in June by a California district court, was an unlawful “abuse” of the court’s discretion, the ruling says. Read about it here.
