Over the course of 2011, we've refined the focus of TechRepublic's Software Engineer blog. There was a good mix of new technologies (like HTML5 and Windows 8) and tools and techniques to help you work with existing technologies better. In 2011 it's been iOS and Cocoa Touch. In 2010 it was algorithms.

TR is really stuck on this Win8 thing. Well, as you can see, WE don't give a damn. m$ is irrelevant.

... before I would call that a fact. Right now, the total responses aren't enough (34 for HTML5 vs. 12 for Windows 8 at the moment...) for me to say it's definitive, especially given the timing of it being the last week in the year when a lot of folks are on vacation. J.Ja
