Announcing TechRepublic's new 'Five Tips' blog and newsletter

TechRepublic members love tips, from solving difficult IT problems to career advice. We're making it even easier to find the best tips.

One thing that TechRepublic members have consistently told us they love throughout the 11-year history of TechRepublic.com is tips. As a result, we provide lots of different kinds of tips, from troubleshooting the BSOD in Windows to helping developers write a top-notch resume.

Now, we're going to make it a lot easier for TechRepublic tip-lovers to get access to the latest tips, find compilations of existing tips, and, of course, use all of these tips to look really smart in front of all of their friends, family members, and co-workers.

We've recently launched a new blog called Five Tips, where you'll find lots of great quick-hitting tips that are already drawing a great response from users. Here are a few of the first posts:
