Here's how to enable the Aurora Boot Screen in Windows Vista:

  1. Click on the start button, type "MSCONFIG" (without quotes) in the Search box, and press Enter
  2. Once the System Configuration tool loads, click the Boot tab
  3. Under Boot Options, check "No GUI boot"
  4. Click apply, OK, and then restart your computer to see the new boot screen
