Comprehensible, even. This is the first time I've not had to think differently to understand Santee! Great interview! Well done to you both.

I loved the interview. Santee, I think I totally understand you now. Then again, maybe not. :^0 Thats ok though. I always thought santeewelding was a business, but I thought you were the IT Director or something like that. Little did I know, I was talking to GOD! :^0 Seriously, I think you offer a different take on the IT field. The plight of a business owner that has to be able to understand and oversee IT. Its admirable that you pursued IT, but I know you are a closet gardener. :^0 AV

My fine, even incisive intellect has (finally) assimilated the information that you run a welding business in Santee and I now know why you're alias is santeewelding! I would hang my head further in shame but my nose is already touching the floor... Great interview. Really nice to put the voice to another peer whose posts I always read. Neil :D

I googled Santee Welding some time ago and read all about his business. James

I didnt know there was a place called Santee as well. However I took a guess the first time I read the name. I know what welding is and figured either it was a place called Santee, or it was the name of the business (or both). then I noticed in the profile it said Santee, Ca. Hmmm, took some brains there, but I put it all together in just a few minutes. I am not trying to imply any -- err -- umm -- lack of -- ahh, never mind, yes I am! :^0 :^0 ~laughing AT you emoticon (missing)~

I'm shocked, I tell you, shocked! I no longer know what to think of you! :D :D :D

How am I supposed to know that there is a place called Santee? I mean, I'm British and used to sensible town names like Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll'llandysiliogogogoch :p

neilb
neilb

have been to the place in question AND can say it properly, I think that I'm allowed to choose which of the spellings that I favour. The apostrophe in the middle is the key. The whole name is made up anyway. But... Diolch yn fawr :)

What I have come to learn about you all -- acceptance and perception. She had to be in order to make do with what she had. She composed it so well that I almost am.

Perception is probably what's most misperceived around here. Acceptance is almost a given, regardless of perception.

Even when using verbal communications, you still can't come up with a direct reply.... ;\ As for cooking, it is a necessity, not a hobby. Some of us appreciate food to much to not have something GOOD to partake in. (making pizza casserole for dinner tonight) Marshmallows, whippy cream! ]:) Well done. Like not only the laugh, but the laugh in the voice. :D

might have been a clue. pizza -- pepperoni -- hmmm. Of course a pizza casserole with marshmallows :0 I am not going to go further into the whip cream thing -- GG may be watching...

TR now needs a drool emoticon..... not into pizza. Pepperoni is on the stop list. Marshmallows melt too quick, ergo the only thing left for me is the whip cream thing. Mmmmm. Now. Where should I put that so it doesn't hurt my poorly neck muscles while I'm licking it off, W2K? :) GG

cup.. not only does it say "TechRepublic" but it's always filled with diet coke. My other favorite item is them flashy bouncy balls (yes I am easily amused) - except it now has dog bites - the first day I bounced it - one dog saw all the flashy red lights, grabbed the ball and ran out the dog door before I could catch him, so there I was chasing my dog around the yard trying to get my ball back - which came back with teeth marks... -Tammy [_]3

But no I was on my Beast behavior. :_| And just for you Santee when you start to get too old to do it all don't replace the Plycraft Rods and just stick to welding metals together. I think most welders will get that one though I'll bet that not may others will. :0 Great to hear for some one that actually works for a living instead of playing with Silicon Based Technology, Sonja can we please have more of these? :p Great interview but I didn't hear any Bad Language that Sonja was warning us all about so what did I miss? ?:| Col 0:-)
