If you search for Skype users, type in tr.out.loud - that will bring up the Skype name tr.out.loud and the full name TR Out Loud. If you continue to have problems, feel free to e-mail me at TROL at cnet.com with your Skype name so that I can add you as a contact. That should fix it! I would LOVE for you to call via Skype!

Sonya asking Half about their Favorite Sheep & Boiling Mud. :^0 Just remember Sonja in NZ Black Sheep is a Documentary where it is a comedy to the rest of the world. I forced my mother to watch it a couple of weeks ago and she was absolutely horrified with the gruesome scenes in the movie. Apparently Gutting a rabbit and cooking haggis is way to violent for her but she did get a laugh with the sheep driving the 4 Wheel Drive. :D Just remember there are 40,000,000 sheep in New Zealand and they are Pi$$ed Off. :0 Col ]:)

damn - they will get over the cattle grids easily in them is there no end to their ovine (i think) ingenuity? Is this why they lurk in ones and twos at the side of country lanes, ready to hijack passing motorists in order to free their mates and "flock" the towns? (Rats I saw a picture of that last year, now where was it?)

an ordinary contact in the skype list - it shows as a set of reel to reel tapes within the contact icon. I remember I also had to request you as a contact before WE got hooked up! yes, I know, I know, as soon as I get this headset/bluetooth/bloomin' Acer problem sorted, I'll leave a message.... yeah, ok, I owe you an email or ten, I know, I know,... sheesh, you nag a lot woman!!! had to get in there before you, Soni! :p :D :D :p GG

She is called Gai not Gay for similar reasons. ?:| Apparently the Official Lie is that after the first 4 days of being home after being born her mother got sick and tired of all the neighborhood Rug Rats asking to see Rainy so the Loraine got dumped in favor of her second name Gai. I can not help but wonder just how different things would have been if SWMBO mother wasn't peeved off with God crying that SWMBO was now in the world and was preventing nappies drying on the cloths line. ;) Col

I'll check on the Skype settings. My main concern is that people are able to leave voice messages easily. I WANT THE TR COMMUNITY TO CALL AND CALL OFTEN! 'Nuf said? As for you, GG dear... yes, a voice message is long overdue, plus a video, and 10 e-mails. Nagging is my specialty. :) And for those of you who are curious about "Soni" (withoutajoranabutwithani), that's the nickname I've had forever. In fact, all of my family still calls me Soni. It's spelled with an "i" instead of a "y" to avoid copyright infringement... you know...

Don't tell me, let me guess. That was the fastest wardrobe change in the history of man, wasn't it?!? The last couple of weeks have been a challenge. If you have been reading the pink ribbon threads, you may know that I am adding a new thing to the 3 Day this year. My original team leader has been challenged with significant nerve damage to one side. She is currently unable to walk or drive. So my days have been spent in waiting rooms so that she can get the physical therapy and re-checks that she needs. I will also be pushing her the 60 miles- or whatever she can tolerate- on the event. This means that I don't get much time lately to post or read. It also means that I have been challenged with blogging. I have finally gotten a schedule that will allow me to resume both. I will get you caught up with pictures from training walks. I just need to download my camera. I hope that Tammy remembered to get herself a Tigger!

jasonhiner
jasonhiner

So sorry to hear about your friend. I will definitely send some positive thoughts and prayers in your direction. Look forward to seeing the training pics. Can you turn them into a slideshow with the Rocky music playing in the background? :-)

Tig2
Tig2

We have been working on assembling music for the event. Mike has a boombox that will take his iPod and we have been pulling a playlist together. I'm pretty sure that "Eye of the Tiger" is on the list. Other considerations have been "500 Miles", "Right Now", and John Ondraisak's "World". I am toying with the idea of getting a video recorder. That way you can all see the what walking looks like from my perspective. Could be fun!

jasonhiner

I bet Sonja might be interested in a clip for TROLOV (if you plant the idea in her brain)

HAL 9000

I still plan on being late to my own funeral but as Tammy is currently away I can use the most discusting word on the fae of the planet. Work has been insane this last few days so I'm finially getting to look at the things that I want to @ 9.00 AM on a Sunday mourning. I really need to buy a life on E Bay. :D Great Pod Sonja even if I'm way too late and seeing Jason in jeans and a Tee should keep Tigger happy though I'm not sure how much she'll be willing to pay. :^0 Col

I was wondering why the "Flippin' Fund" was augmented. Now I know why. Thanks, Sonja! Another great job... never a dull moment. :)

CG IT

my question was if we made them would Sonja run them on TROL.... and then I thought,,, Scummy would come up with some wowzers.....maybe not so good an idea....

w2ktechman

most of Scummy's ideas would be rejected by Sonja (and possibly the FCC, FDA, FBI, etc..)

been waiting for this. Another great installment in the series. Ceespace - Jubi is a cutie! Bringing in bats! Crack me up. Heidi brings things in, too. Then I find them dead in the darndest places. Imagine the worst. :D GSG, man oh man I can relate to those house pics. Amazing the hole in the roof from the mailbox? Hmm... have a few I could submit. Hobbies? Maybe I'll shoot for more swag and call or email. :D

It took 4 months to get everything done. I also had to replace my front door, and my entire garage door, plus two windows, a whole bunch of brick, my ceiling in my garage and living room, carpet in the bedroom, and repaint that room, as well as have all my celings repainted. The cost was 1/6th of what the house is appraised for. The shrapnel from the car as the wheel sheared off was amazing. And what did the little brat get? Hmmm.. Let's see.. 3rd offense, stolen pistol, verbalized intent to kill with said pistol while in jail (Gaurdian refused to bail him). They sentenced him to 1 year probation and he had to go to a juvy psych facility until they felt he wasn't a danger. He was out in a couple of weeks. In one year, I did the following to my house: 1) Tornado drops lots of hail, so I replace the roof. 2) While roofers were there, the condsenser on my air conditioner catches on fire, they put the fire out and shut the system down. 3) I replaced the air conditioner and furnace and was without air for 6 weeks starting August 1. Did I mention we were 100 degrees or more for like 10 days during that time? 4) I start a remodel of my kitchen 5) Brat runs a car through my house, so I stop the kitchen remodel, because I just can't face anything else. So two roofs in two years, and I'm waiting for my roofer to come look at it since I got hit with softball size hail a month or so ago. I may get 3 new roofs in 3 years. I think that will be a record.

Also from your e-mail: "What?s not included is the bits of car that went into my house. The wheel sheared off, went through the window, and hit the middle of the bed. Luckily no one sleeps there, or the police and paramedics said they would have been killed. Glass was imbedded in my drywall." We're glad you weren't hurt! "Things" are replaceable, no matter how costly or frustrating it may be, but you are one of a kind... priceless!

to find a container to put them in. seal them in and let them duke it out between them as to which lives the longest :0

Jellimonsta
Jellimonsta

Personally, I would try to find something to wrangle them all up. I would then set them free somewhere FAR away from my bed. :) I couldn't bring myself to kill them though, no way.

The Scummy One
The Scummy One

and you left them alone? If I found them, they would all be dead very quickly.... or slowly, depending on my mood...

GSG

I was in bed and kept feeling itchy. Not uncommon as I have allergies and it was spring in California. I got up and turned on the light. I had scorpions in my bed. Needless to say, I bailed out of bed and slept on the couch until the exterminator got there next day.
