I have recently become our technology director. I disabled our former Director in exchange and it stopped the flow of all mail in from the outside (we use a web based email program and pop it over to exchange for our administrators). I had to log back on and re-enable his account. Can someone help me figure out where I am supposed to change this?

Hey Guys, I have been working with a consultant to implement Lync 2010 along with Exchange 2010. It's a very complicated product with tons of server roles. I am trying get a Lync 2010 certification but there's not much resources out there. I found some Lync 2010 Tutorial but I am looking for something official written by sybex. Any one here to trying to get certified on Lync 2010 also?

I am doing Exchange 2010 migration question. Right now, We are running Exchange 2010 (CAS,HUB and Exchange 2010 Mailbox migrated with DAGs). Exchange 2003 users hanot been migrated. We see Exchange 2003 Distribution lists greyed out. We are afraid that this behavior would continue even if we fully migrated to Exchange 2010 native enviroment. I do not see anywhere that we have to migrate these DLs? This is a mission critical error. Please advise. Tahir Tahir.Zafar@srpnet.com

"I found some Lync 2010 Tutorial but I am looking for something official written by sybex." Lync is a Microsoft product. Have you looked for something "official" from them? I'm not sure how third-party documentation can be considered "official". How about Communicator documentation? There should be plenty of that. I know Lync is the next generation, but maybe it could serve as a starting point.
