What version of Windows Vista do you have licensed? Use this utility to check.
- Click Start and type cmd in the instant search box.
- Press Enter.
- Type slmgr.vbs -dli and hit enter.
After a few seconds, a dialog box pops up and displays the edition version of Windows, license status, and partial product key.
