How do I configure a boot sequence in Windows Vista without the command line?

In this post, we show you how to perform a Windows Vista boot without the GUI.

I was messing around with msconfig the other day and fell upon this feature. I like it. It is a change from the mundane boot screen.

Click the Start Orb and type msconfig or press the Windows key and type msconfig.
