Graham Bell
CIO | City of London Corporation
As CIO at the City of London Corporation, Graham Bell is currently undertaking a complete review of information systems services, as well as supporting a number of organisational change programmes.
The City of London Corporation supports and promotes the City in international finance and business services and provides local services and policing for those visiting and working and living in the Square Mile. This range of services provides an unusual challenge, combining tradition and history with the innovative use of technology.
Over the previous three years, Bell has been CIO for the London Borough of Waltham Forest where he has led a number of major business transformation programmes. Before this, he worked with Arup, a global engineering consultancy, where he reached the position of head of information systems.
He is a chartered IT professional, a fellow of the British Computer Society and a chartered civil engineer.
