Equipment can become obsolete. Computers and monitors get old or have been depreciated and are being upgraded. When equipment gets old, it should be recycled when possible or disposed of properly.

This policy outlines the practices in regard to disposal of equipment. Also addressed will be the donation of equipment that is past end of life or employee use of equipment.
