How do I... Create easy-to-use Outlook e-mail templates?

If you create a lot of Outlook e-mail messages that contain standard text, you might save a little typing time by copying and pasting that text into each message that requires it. But a far more efficient approach is to put together some templates you can use to create e-mail messages with the standard text already in them. You can even create a custom menu containing your templates so that you can instantly open a new message based on the template you want. Creating the templates and setting up the menu doesn't take long--and it will save you (and your users) tons of time down the road.
