Vendor Relationship Policy

This policy is designed to outline organizational and vendor conduct practices when working with your company. Certain practices or engagements by vendors which pose a conflict of interest between the vendor and organization cannot be allowed. All potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time the vendor is hired.

This policy will define business relationships with vendors and provide appropriate disclosure for those items which may be in conflict with your company.
