Thanks for pointing out the need for BOTH automated and human testing. Its too easy to run a test suite and assume since it worked everything is allright. Testing software is no more infallible than human testers. And humans wrote the test software. Before getting into testing, specify a design approach to meet the Section 508 requirements. It is better to design in Section 508 then trying to patch the code later to fix.
