Thanks for writing very good and bried introduction about notification service. i have some problem with sqlserver notification services.
i am using dotnet plateform. What i need is on addition of record the notification get generated. What i have done for this is I have the Event Class the the Event role in subscription class and a notification class containing the field i want them to notify and the content formatter for notification. I create service and run it, and it works cool. What i have done is the subscriber is added through addsubscriber containing the deviceaddress and blah blah. Now i am a bit confused either how to add the add notification on event either through trigger to sql database or what should be the mechanism. If you one can help me it would be great.
