I waited all article for the mention of backups. Glad to see them at the end. Important in your backup strategy is to test your backups on occaision. Nothing worse than having a disaster situation, pulling out the backup tape from the night before, and finding out that nothing had actually been backup up for the last year because of some problem or another.

I can't load my database at all and am currently trying to salvage many months work. My host at the time suspended my account saying my scripts were overloading their CPU (shared server).

This looks like a very interesting solution. Many thanks for taking the time to write it
