No one's been deleted, it's just an unfortunate error message from the discussion system. "User Deleted" was actually a database problem, and it appears to have been recently fixed.

Just for the record, the editors can (and do) delete inappropriate posts, but we have a pretty liberal definition of appropriateness, and we've never ever deleted a user.
