if you don't mention Dia (http://www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/dia.html) in such article then you really haven't grasped all available flowcharting and graphing solutions. And it's free, yes.

It would be nice to have similar article for those who are now using Linux more than Windows. At least Dia is available for Linux, too.

Awesome - thanks for the link... word of warning to linux users though - this product is still in 0.8x version, however the screenshots look good! (I haven't tried it, yet.) Looks promising, especially for free!

Part of project management is having a central repository where all team memebers can access information. eProject.com offers a free personal version that up to five people can use. They have a calendar, file sharing with some permissions controls, messaging, and so forth. I have used it for several years for projects with clients, where we are not all in the same organization. They also have an enterprise product.
