How can i start to bulid my site ?

Can phones from china work in the bahamas those phones that support 1900mhz?.

WAP seems like it could also really help people out who are stuck on old fashioned land-lines.

I think WAP could also be good way to bring the internet back to the way it used to be. Simple interfaces, less distractions.

It hope it grows, it would be nice to encourage more developers to include scaled down content.
