Please assist anyone, I have been tasked to handle this for a project for emplementing of ebooks for an educational institution with specific emphasis on 1) upgrading infrastructure to handle download volumes 2) implementing of archival process and development of archive to ensure protection of books 3) Evaluate the need for additional staff to resource the archival system and its implementation 4) Building an archive to house old books, I need to come up with work breakdown structure, costing, stakeholder analysis, communication plan and risk assessment. Any info will be appreciated
