I would like to buy a new lap top. I have confusions in choosing best brand and minimum, best configuration to work with Visual studio 2010 and later versions and Sql Server 2008 R2 and later versions and it too support to create best web applications?


i). Best and Good brand that serve well
ii). My budget is 30k or lesser.
iii). Windows OS
