SCCM 2012 and PXE Booting

Hi All

We have built a new SCCM 2012 server on a virtual machine and we have configured and created the boot images so the machines can PXE boot into the system but we are unable to get the machines to PXE into SCCM. We are getting the following errors in the SMSPXE.log file:
