Sugar crm professional and SAP all in one

We were using sugar crm community edition custom coded for our business (real estate )as the requirement becoming more hence decided to migrate to SugarCRM Professional for which there is a licensing cost. My managment is asking instead of going for Sugar CRM Professional why cannot we go for SAP-all in-one so that we get an ERP which also included with CRM iam trying to convenince Suagar CRM professional integration to the ERP will be a better solution, I have only few points to convenince can anybody list few points explaining going for separate CRM like Sugar Professional or corporate edition will have more benefit compared to SAP-all-in-one as SAP-all-in-one will be limited with CRM features, please list few points.
