Opting for Intermediate courses

My friend is in Change Management and he has done the ITIL Foundation. He is in Change Management and we want to know whether he can opt for only Service Transition in Intermediate courses or whether he should also do some other Courses such as Service Operation and Analysis to become an expert. I also want to know some of the best training centers in USA regarding ITIL Intermediate courses. Please note that we may opt for classroom training or Virtual training and not online study.
