Dual boot

Always install on separate partitions, install older operating systems first, XP and then windows 7, XP on C:\drive and windows 7 on D:\drive. If installing Linux also, install last. You may be able to put windows 95 and 98 on the same partition but not XP and windows 7. I have made dual, triple and quad-triple boot computers and with windows and linux on the same PC. Create all the partitions up front, or as you go, linux is a bit more tricky, but simple enough. Good Luck.
After installing win7 and xp, my pc wont bootup. Win7 was installed successfuly but xp had error during installation, I reinstalled xp and restared it wont bootup none windows, just black screen and no access to anywhere. please help!!!!!!!
And then reinstall XP?

It's more than slightly important.

I made three partitions to install win7, xp and windows server 2003.
Below is the link for Step by Step Dual booting process of Windows7 and Windows XP. Surely helpful for you.
