Site is blocked by my company - anyway to have an alternate download site?

Been experiencing lots of issue with Cisco VPN since the company parted ways with another VPN client. Many issues with Cisco, some are due to the fact that users are trying to "test/connect" while on the network. Some are with failed installations. Most of the issues are with user trying from home getting, ie, 412 errors.

I have configured the cisco 3005 VPN concentrator. authentication is through radius server It is hitting the raidus server and I am getting event on radius server"User shridhara was granted access.

Proxy-Policy-Name = Use Windows authentication for all users
Authentication-Provider = Windows
Authentication-Server =
Policy-Name = allow into the network
Authentication-Type = PAP
EAP-Type =


In VPN client It is prompting me for login and after entering the password it gets disconnected.

On the concentrator the event is "
509 07/21/1999 21:48:12.310 SEV=4 IKE/167 RPT=6 123.239.118.177
Group [vpnusers] User [shridhara]
Remote peer has failed user authentication -
check configured username and password"


Please help me on this issue as soon as possible.
