I still use Suse Linux and I would recommend trying it at least for the mere fact that it is a thought-provoking experience. Both systems have their strengths. Linux is strong at being reliable, consistent, secure, and versatile; Windows is good at being a victim.
Bullies like viruses, trojans, and other malware riff-raff need a chew toy like Windows to keep them nice and strong; otherwise, what would become of them? Wicked impish humor aside, I still use Windows for games, though in the end it will be mostly Linux. Why? I got burned by Microsoft one !!@#$% time too many...
