How effective do you think NAP will be in protecting your network from authorized users who try to connect from an insecure computer? Has that been a significant problem for you in the past?

it's not, it wil monitor your network, and send whatever info
back to microsoft. Linux has a great network monitoring
tools, so does os x with netinfo manager and network tools.
But you can have all the tools you want, but you can't fix it if
you don't know how to. It' like having a garage with
thousands of tools hanging, but you don't know how to use
them.
