I've had good luck with ebay but that seems to be the exception. Everyone I know that uses ebay has been ripped off several times. Sellers that take your money and run seem to be the most common. It seems to me eBay/Paypal does little to nothing to protect buyers from fraud, and cares little about punishing sellers with shoddy business practices. Feedback is a joke when trying to deal with a company that ripped you off.
