Office 2007 will not open older document files. If you create a document in Office 2007, those with earlier versions will not be able to open them, either. Download OPEN OFFICE from openoffice.org It is free and will open just about anything and the file that you make should open when you e-mail them to other people. If not, have others download Open Office. It should solve your problem. MS didn't bother to let anyone know that they want to make sure that "YOU" have to use their products or you are SCREWED!
